Bonnie Schneider, a weather expert who appears on CNN and HLN's various platforms. The TV show she hosts The Last House Remaining on DIY NETWORK premiered on March 30 2012. The show also has her as an on-camera meteorologist as well as the co-executive director. Her debut book, EXTREME WEEKEND was published by Palgrave Macmillan in January 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. When she was in Boston she also offered reports on lifestyle and entertainment as an assignment reporter for every day of the week. Prior to joining WB56 she was the weekend meteorologist for WFOR-TV which is located in Miami. She held various reports and meteorology roles within News 12 Long Island - an all-day news cable channel as well as WXII-TV, the NBC affiliate station located in Winston-Salem. Also, she was a frequent substitute on The Saturday Early Show on CBS's New York City network.
