Milena Govich

Milena Govich is a producer, actor as well as an actor and musician who has directed a number of episodes of TV such as The Equalizer (2021), Chicago Med (2015), FBI: Most Wanted (2020), Chicago Fire (2012) as well as other. Milena was the Co-EP/Producing Director of Dick Wolf’s CBS show FBI (2018) and is currently in the process of completing two pilots. Milena was chosen as one of the eight directors to take part in AFI's prestigious Directing Workshop for Women. Unspeakable was her TV series as well as a short film. Starring Jeff Kober and Laura Vandervoort The film won the Best Episodic Award at the Seattle International Film Festival as and the Best Pilot award at the SoHo International Film Festival. Conviction (2006) which was a Dick Wolf series, was her second leading character. The result was her being named the Emmy-winning female detective in Law & Order (1990). K-Ville (2007), The Defenders (2010) (CBS), Make It or Break It (2009) (ABC Family) and Lori Stevens in the MTV drama Finding Carter (2014) have been a part of her, or have recurred. Milena has also been featured in many films, such as Sordid Things (2009); A Novel Romance (2011), starring opposite Steve Guttenberg; Pass the Light (2015); #Lucky Number (2015) which starred with Method Man; and the movies Closure (2018), Be the Light (2020), and The Cleaner (2021). Milena is an Norman, Oklahoma native. After graduating valedictorian from her high school, she went on to earn an undergraduate degree in both singing and premed, along with minors in dance and violin at the University of Central Oklahoma. She utilized her ballet classical education shortly thereafter to stage her Broadway debut in the Rob Marshall/Sam Mendes production "Cabaret" at Studio 54.
